How do I see my role in our new village? I hold the space for connection between body, mind and spirit. I am your pause for regrowth, rejuvenation and release. I am your guide for tender transitions as well as heavy thresholds. A role within liminal spaces. And I am here for it all.

As a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner I am trained in fertility and reproductive wellness, birth and postpartum doula services as well as reflexology and Reiki. The varying modalities work so beautifully together to ensure you are well supported and well nourished in any phase. Whether you are on the cusp of planning for pregnancy, looking to gather a team for postpartum ease or a weekly boost of reflexology for optimal wellness and relaxation, I invite you to connect with me for all of your womb wellness and childbearing transitions.
